I am Richard Nieset, and I've started Electric Funnel as a marketing and sales performance consulting service for technology oriented and Clean-Tech B to B companies. I actually began my career as a circuit design engineer for Technical Associates of New Orleans, working on design, development, and support of large scale computer control systems for industrial marine and terrestrial applications. But fortunately for the world, and for service reps every where, my career in design was a short one.
Over the course of about two decades since then, I gained experience in marketing, selling and the general management of teams involved in marketing and selling high tech products and services such as data base systems (Rexcom), application software for Product Life Cycle Management (Agile), Service Resolution Management for CRM (Kanisa/KNOVA), community based online self service (Helpstream) and then back to more data base -- this time BI and Data Warehousing (Kickfire).
